Jennifer Alvarez holds a juris doctor from Capital University Law School and is a trained paralegal. She also manages and oversees the daily operations of Cardinal Title, a subsidiary of Havens Limited. A licensed Ohio Title Agent, she has participated in over $3 billion in commercial and residential real estate transactions, including complex commercial endeavors involving Hotel/Motels, Retail, Multi-Family, Restaurants, Construction & Development, Mixed Use, Assemblage, Warehouse and Office. Jennifer also has a B.S. in Public Relations from Franklin University.
